We are not able to give refunds for products that are purchased with us. However, we can guarantee that you won't want to return them anyway!

Orders received before 3pm will be parceled up and sent the same working day via Royal Mail 

Orders after 3pm will be processed the following working day and sent the day after that. 

Our working days are Monday to Friday.
