We are not able to give refunds for products that are purchased with us. However, we can guarantee that you won't want to return them anyway!

Orders received before 1:30pm will be parceled up and sent the same day via Royal Mail
(if ordered on non-working days Sunday or Monday the order will be sent on Tuesday).

Orders after 1:30pm will be processed the following working day and sent the day after that. 

Our working days are Tuesday to Saturday.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates and will depend on Royal Mail capacity and availability.
